Turn “Mold” of thermoforming to “base material” to be decorated. Decoration on aluminum or magnesium based materials is available, which can’t be achieved by other methods. 3D surface decoration technology “TOM Method” that was derived from the Next Generation Technology “NGF Forming” (our development) can turn the “mold” of thermoforming to “base material” to be decorated. Not only can it put decorations on the surface of a wide range of materials, it can also increase added value of a product by applying functional film that is weather or chemical resistant, or has high conductive performance and surface hardness. It is also environmental friendly and can be the alternative processing method of coating, plating and a variety of other processing methods.

Processing Method

It’s a processing method derived from “NGF forming (create a vacuum environment and apply atmospheric pressure to form)”. It can turn the “mold” of thermoforming to the “base material” to be decorated.
